What is the SofTap Method?
The SofTap method is a technique used to manually apply pigment into the skin. With no machinery involved, the process is very controlled, gentle and safe. Resulting in an extremely natural look.
How does the procedure work?
A set of sterilized, 100% disposable needles are dipped into pigment and applied into the skin according to the desired design. Procedures take 1-3 hours.
Is it Painful?
SofTap is the most gentle of all tattooing methods. A topical anesthetic is used to make you feel as comfortable as possible. While it may feel slightly sensitive at times, most clients feel little discomfort during and after the procedure.
How is the recovery process?
In most cases there will be slight swelling and redness of the skin which will quickly subside within a day or two. Application of make-up to the pigmented area can resume within five days. Complete recovery time will be realized in approximately
four to five weeks. You will be given instructions for after care treatment.
How long does it last?
A permanent cosmetic never washes away or smears. However, through the years it may fade and soften in color. All permanent makeup requires periodic touch ups, depending upon skin care routine and sun exposure.
